В дълбока купа разбийте маслото със захарта до кремообразно състояние. Разбийте яйцето. Когато&amp;nbsp;натрошите бисквитите ги прибавете заедно със сиренето към яйцата. Сложете солта, прибавете към киселото мляко бакпулвера&amp;nbsp;и така ги сложете в миксера. Прибавете копъра. Оставете хубаво да се разбъркат.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;2.&lt;/b&gt; Загрейте фурната до 200 градуса. Трябва ви намаслена и набрашнена правоъгълна тава. Изсипете сместа в нея.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;3.&lt;/b&gt; Поставете тавата във фурната и оставете за 15 мин. Когато минат 15 мин., извадете тортата от фурната и поръсете с настъргания кашкавал. Пресяваме брашното, содата и подправките. Разбиваме маслото и захарта,  докато се получи пухкава смес. Прибавяме меда и ванилията, после и  яйцата едно по едно, като продължаваме да бъркаме. Сипваме брашното,  след това айрана.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;Изсипваме сместа в намазнена и покрита с  хартия дълбока кръгла форма с диаметър 23 см. Заглаждаме. Печем 35-40  минути или до готовност. Постепенно сипваме захарта, като редуваме с лимонов сок, докато се получи гъст крем.
